power query pivot table slicer

Hi i am working in excel power query. I have a pivot table containing calculated measures that change on slicer selection (e.g. an average for region a, region b etc). (region isn't actually shown in pivot table - the slicer is linked to a region lookup table)

Can I show this slicer/filter selection (region) as a heading in a cell on my worksheet? And if so, how? I tried copying pivot table and removing all fields except relevant region selection field but the slicer selection doesn't change the list, all regions are shown (it's just the averages/measures that change relevant to each selection). I am sure there is something simple I am missing!

Many thanks,

Adam

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
I figured it out. Deleted slicer and reinserted from correct lookup table, duplicated it and used slicer/pivot selection as header using cell ref.
