Power Query Pivot Table Hidden Fields

I successfully created a power Query that brings data in from and external file on SharePoint, but it only expands columns in that are selected in the pivot table in that file. The sheet that the data is pulled from has an external connection to an inaccessible access database, is updated by someone with access, then published. All of the data is there, and I can manually download the file and turn on fields that are not on by default in the pivot table. I'd like to know if it is possible to bring all of these fields in through the power Query without first downloading and modifying the file. The file is updated multiple times a day and the whole purpose is to merge several reports together. Any help is much appreciated.
