Power Query - Out of memory

Hi - on my work Office 365 32 bit - if i try and load anything to the date model via power query, i immediately get an out of memory error, ytr using 64 bit version. This happens even with 6 rows and 5 columns of data.

I have tried loading the tables directly to Power pivot and then even adding more rows and it handles it ok


So, what's causing the load to the data model to fall over when coming from a query ( even with only 2 steps in it)
