I have excel 2013

I have downloaded what i have been told is the latest version of PQ.

But a person who has excel 2016 appears to have different options to what i see on my Excel 2013 PQ

On 2016 excel, there is an 'update' option under File->Account->Update Options->Update now

when i log in to Excel 2013, i dont see an 'update' option.

Is there a way to confirm i have the latest version of PQ on my excel 2013?

thanks

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
In 2013, Power Query is available as an addin (same addin for 2010). In Excel 2016 it comes bundled with the product. The implication is that there can be version differences depending on when the plugin is updated vs when Excel 2016 is updated. There can also be differences in Excel 2016 depending if you have a boxed version of Office/Excel or an O365 subscription. o365 will always be updated sooner
