Power Query: New Customer doesn't appear on Aged Debtors list, (Sage 50)

Hi folks. As the title says I am drawing data from Sage 50 to create an aged debtors report, however when a new customer is added this doesn't appear on the output table which is throwing my figures out. Does anyone know how to fix this?
 

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
