Power Query: How do I create real dates from text dates?

I have a query where two of the columns return values such as

Year:
14
15

Month:
Jan
Feb
Mar
Apr

I would like to combine these two columns to create a column of true dates that Excel can interpret.

What's the best way to do so?

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Power Query is pretty robust when it comes to dates-recognition, so you simply add a column:

NewColumn = Table.AddColumn(Source, "Custom", each "01-"&[Month]&"-"&Text.From([Year]))

and format it as date afterwards :-)
