Hi All

Please help, after loading my pdf statement into power query, my description spills over down to a second row and creates also a null row.

My wish is to then merge my description from null row back to row above it as one full description.

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Can do but I need your sample data

Can you post the data here? In table format or use the Xl2BB tool

Hi,
Try something like this,

Power Query:
let
    Source = Excel.CurrentWorkbook(){[Name="Table1"]}[Content],
    ColName = Table.ColumnNames(Source),
    #"Grouped Rows" = Table.FromRecords(Table.Group(Table.FillDown(Source, {ColName{1}}), ColName{1}, {{"Custom", each let x = Text.Combine(Table.Column(_, ColName{2}), " ") in Table.TransformColumns(_, {ColName{2}, each x}){0}}})[Custom])
in
    #"Grouped Rows"
