Hi,

I've loaded a large amount of data into the Power Query Editor (PQE) as a single query.

I immediately noticed that there are data items missing from the columns in PQE and when I clicked on the drop-down header filters to see what's going on there is a message "List may be incomplete".

When I clicked on "Load More" the missing items appeared in the column.

Do I need to click "Load More" on each column header to ensure that the full data set is available as I want to use the filter drop downs to filter out unwanted fields as part of the cleaning process?

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
It does it for performance reason, and you will need to click it each time. However, if its always a certain subset you are 'cleaning' you can create a separate list query and have it auto filter.
