Power Query: Disabling Internet Connection and Automatic Updates

Hi, I used Power Query to get data (table) from the internet and now have the table in my Excel file. I understand that it is connected to the internet and will update when I refresh it. How can I stop my table from being connected to the internet? Is there anything I can do within the Power Query Editor to stop the connection after I get the data? Additionally, is there a way to set Power Query to automatically update my table? Thank you.
