You have added formulas to your output table from Power Query after a close and load and then did a refresh. Is this the steps you took? Looking for clarification.

Power query overwrites any data it has output when close and load. Suggest you may want to link your out put to a new sheet where you can have the data in native excel and then add your calculations. Then when the PQ is refreshed it only overwrites the output and not the linked range.

Sorry but the formulas are not in the same sheet were out put data is loaded.
The formulas are all in different sheet even though when data is updated the range in thats formulas which they are referenced to the out put data disappears.
Maybe it will more clear to be understod,
Please can you give a hand?
Thanks.

Don't know. Suggest you load your workbook and query to a third party URL. Make sure that your data has been anonymized to protect confidential information. Suggest Dropbox.Com or Box.Net
