Power Query: Combine Files, delete row1, promote row2 as headers

I'm trying to combine files in PQ that have an extra row above the headers.

How would I combine these files by deleting Row1 and promoting Row2 as headers?

thanks all who viewed this. Discovered the awesome create M functions from parameterized queries.

sure but we don't know your wonderful M functions and queries with parameter

1. Save all the files in the same folder

2 On the Excel 2016 menu bar choose Data-->New Query --> From File --> From Folder

3. After choosing the folder; choose the Combine & Edit . Choose OK in the next screen.

4. Go to Workbook Queries editor and select the Transform Sample File. This is the base table for the formula you create prior to work. Make all changes here. Remove first row, promote headers...etc.

I don't see any M function and any parameter, but if it works for you that's great
