Hello,

I'm new to PowerQuery and recently connected excel to an Access query to update our Power BI. It works well except...

In Excel I set the Query Properties to "Refresh every 60 minutes" so it refreshes without having to open the file. But when I refresh Power BI, the changes don't show.

I have to still open the excel file and it refreshes when I open it.

Does the "Refresh every 60 minutes" work as I think it should or is there another option?

Thank you in advance.

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
You cannot refresh and Excel file using this setting if it is closed. why don’t you just directly connect PBI to Access.
