power queries append not working

Hey Guys

I two two sets of data and am trying to append to each other. They have the exact same headers and i simply want it to put the data at the bottom. Excel is merging the table even when i click append. It is strange and not working right. What step am i missing to get the append to work right?

Show us some sample data from each table using XL2BB. Also show us the Mcode that you are using to append each file. Tough to analyze what we cannot see.
