My understanding is yes, but you need to enable them (in your add ins, it's a COM add in).
You can check by going to:
File->Options->Add Ins. Under the "Manage" drop down select COM Add-ins, hit "Go" and you should see an option for Microsoft PowerPivot for Excel 2013 available.
I just found out that not all versions of Excel 2013 come with PowerPivot (just the MS Office Professional and stand alone versions I believe have it). I checked on my home computer, which has the home and student version, and that does not have those add-ins available.
It apparently stirred up some drama some time ago.
