hello everyone,

i have a huge problem and i hope you can help.
i'm using excel 2013 and i bulit a very big excel that has about 20 pivot tables.
when i built them i used the "add this data to Data Model" option and now i send this file to a client for him to use.
the client is using excel 2010 wich doesn't have this function and there for the pivot tables wont refresh and he cant even change the data source.
my question is there an addin/update the i can use to make this work??
any other ideas?

thanks!

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Use the compatibility checker and set for Excel 2010 and that should reveal what specific functions you are using in 2013 that your recipient is having trouble with.
