Power Pivot Data Model Relationship

Please help.

My Power Pivot model is looking at 3 different tables that have connections established (See Picture Below)

I want to be able to pivot activity (Row) with the 1 min intervals (Row) and the Output achieved in each min (Value). I can do this from Table 3 (Left Picture). However, I want to be able to filter it by Participation No. using Table 2 which is where my problem lies. If i put Participation No. as a filter it doesn't change the data set (Right Picture).

How do i create a relationship between table 2 & 3 in order to be able to filter by participation No?
