Power Pivot any good web sites descibing what it does?

Hi all,

My boss has stumbelled upon a help topic which mentioned PowerPivot and he's now asked me to find out as much as possible about it to see if it would help in our business.

Would anyone be able to point me to some good web sites to read up on this order perhaps give me a over view on what it can do?

Hi MD610 thanks for the links. I've now downloaded PowerPivot and will be readin up on how best we can use it.

Hi Rob, My boss cant remember exactly what he was looking for in the help topic but he thinks it was the part about using slicers

1 question although I've downloaded the add in I keep having to go to the developer tab and going to COM addins and selecting PowerPivot every time I start up Excel but other users who have downloaded it dont. Is there a settng I need to select to get it to automatically be there when I start up excel?

Thanks for the info, that's actually VERY helpful in and of itself.

As for your addin problem - I have the same problem. All the time. I've never figured out why
