Is there a way to customize labels? Or highlight certain items, such as county lines? I'm aware of Themes and the map labels toggle. But I'd like more flexibility. Possibly overlay a grid. Assuming it cannot be handled within the program, is this something that could be programmed/customized by someone who knew what they were doing? I've tried searching but have had no luck.
