Hi,
I am responsible for monitoring a mailbox at my company.
I want to develop a report to show a few KPI's each month including:
- How many emails have we received.
- Who are the top 10 senders
- How many requeries did we solve - i.e. emails updated with category: Complete
- How many emails did we receive by subfolders.

Would anyone know if it is possible to integrate outlook data into POWER BI, and setup a dashboard (report) which can be generated each month?

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Yes, you can do this with Power Query. There is a standard Outlook connector that can load the data you need. This article will get you started, but is not exactly what you need. You will see you can connect to mail, too.
