Power BI - Multiplications with Percentages

how to multiply with numbers in power Bi.. for example i want to multiply like this.. IF[PROFIT]>0,"[SALES]*2%","0"... Showing error in first condition. Here Profit and sales are columns
 

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
I presume you need to multiply by 0.02 instead of 2% - I'd imagine Power BI is interpreting '2%' as text in your formula
