Power BI : First instance in duplicate with multi condition

Hi,

How to get first instance in duplicate with multi condition.
To get same in excel am using formula(=IF(COUNTIFS(B$2:B2,B2,D$2:D2,D2,C$2:C2,C2)=1,1,0))
I need same in PowerBi.

Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
