Power BI Bubble Chart Filter

I can set a filter on my Bar Chart to be the top n items. But on a bubble chart do not seem to have this option? I have a risk factor per item name. My bar chart is just showing the value of the top 10 items by risk factor. My bubble chart is showing the value of all items - I just want the top 10 by risk factor also. Is this possible?
