That is known as "Cross-posting" (posting the same question in more than one forum). We do allow it, provided you follow the guidance covered by #13 of the Forum Rules.
Basically, we just require that you mention that you have posted it in other forums, and provide links to those other posts.

No, don't post it here (I had moved this thread to the "About This Board" forum).
Post it in the "Excel Questions" forum as a brand new thread.
That way, it will show with zero replies, and show up on the "Unanswered threads" listing, and get more looks.
