I noticed that in some peoples posts they actually have a little "picture" of the spreadsheet. How do you include a spreadsheet view in your post in order to make your question easier to understand?

See my signature line below for a few different add-ins you can use to do it... just pick one and follow the link.
 
Thanks, but because I am on a company computer I cannot download programs (ie Excel jeanie...) Is there an other way

The Borders-Copy-Paste link doesn't involve any add-ins (you just need IE) or if you click Go Advanced there is an option to create a table (but it is a bit of a pain)
