I hope this is the write place for this. If not my apologies. How do you post a table in the forums (excel, Access...) I see where some people show a table with sample data to help explain their questions.

Where/how do I learn how to do that?

I use the Excel Jeannie add in.

Go to 'Board FAQ' then 'Guidelines for Forum Use'

The instructions on how to do that are there.

For Access, I have found that I can simply copy my table/query and paste it here and it seems to work. See this example I just did: https://www.mrexcel.com/forum/test-here/1087503-access-test.html
If you have a large dataset, I would recommend using a query to bring it down to just a few sample records before copy/pasting here.

Also, for small tables I've been able to use copy/paste. Put a border around the cells you want to put in the forum and then use copy paste (this may not work with all browsers).
