I am a new member trying to post an article about Excel/GetData. The screen image shows the part of my screen where I expect to see [add Excel article...], but there is no button. Is this a function of my being a new member? or is the

Welcome to the MrExcel board!
Yes, you need to have made a reasonable number of normal posts (maybe 50 I think?) to establish yourself as a legitimate member before you can post in the Articles section.
