here is a screenshot, i am interested in maintaining the % of total for the parent, but when you click through, have the % of parent/group level % of total

if you have a sample workbook that would be helpful... is this possible in PivotTables?

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
i was able to write 2 calculation that give me what i want (but in separate columns.... now i guess i want to be able to hide (as Blanks) the child values on the % of Total, and also hide the parent Total for the group level calculation

any suggestions? if there is an easier way to do this please advise. thanks
