Possible to disable "Relationships may be needed" message?

I am using a Parameter table (as described in this article, Parameter Table – DAX Patterns) and as suggested in the article, the Parameter tables do not have any relationships to other tables. When this is the case, each time I open the pivot table field list, I see the message that "Relationships may be needed" because I have a slicer linked to my pivot table that has no relationships. Since this is intentional, I'd like to disable that message, as it may confuse users who are working with the pivot table. But even if I click the X to dismiss the notification, it reappears when any other changes are made to the table.

Is there anything I can do that would disable this prompt when implementing Parameter tables?

Thanks
