Positive Negative Bar Chart

Hi,

I am making this positive negative bar chart from the table referenced below. It is referencing the Exit Date and Account Change % columns. A few things I can't seem to fix:
1. Why is the bar for Mar 23 going into the negative? It is all positive for that month, and either way, I want it to show the sum Account Change % for that month.
2. The bars on either side (far left and far right) are being cut off. Any way to fix this?

I don't understand your question. The worksheet you posted shows negative percent change for the months that are negative. But, I may not see it correctly.

There is a sliver of bar that is in the negative in Mar 23.

I have just solved it by creating a pivot chart from my original source table.
