I have a document I am trying to create and I need your help yet again to look good!

What I am trying to accomplish is a user select a button or mark an "x" in a box in the column of O, P, and or Q.
Each column (O,P,Q) would have their own associated sheet to populate. So If I select O6, I would like the data in B6 to populate on the associated "O page" Subsequently, if P6 is selected The data in B6 would populate on the associated "P Page", the same would hold true for Q.

Here is the important part, the info would need to populate into one list. So if I select O6 thru O32, then all the associated tasks listed in B6 thru B32 would enter into a continuous list on "O page E3 cell"

Is this possible to do, if so is it possible without a macro?

Thanks in advance for any help.
