I have a form with 1 combo box from which the user selects an ID. From that ID I wish to populate several Text Boxes based on queries such as

select Jun from Table where ID=[ID] and Tab="Billing"
select Jul from Table where ID=[ID] and Tab="Billing"
select Jun from Table where ID=[ID] and Tab="Customer Care"

This is probably easy, but what do I have to do in the respective text boxes for them to display the value based on its query? I tried to put this in the Row Source (hardcoding in the ID selection):

select [Jun] from
where ID=12488 and Tab="Customer Care"

but I get a #Name? error. I'm stuck on the way to get the query into the Text Box

Thanks,
Pete

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
A query can return multiple records at a time. A textbox can only display one record of one field at a time.

Ergo, your thinking is slightly off. In the ControlSource of the textbox you can use the appropriate domain aggregate function (DCiount, DSum, DLookup, etc.) to look within the appropriate query to return the single value that you want.
