I need to create a formula for my Google Sheet.

Refer to the 2021 Openers tab.

Is there a way for me to create a formula that will populate column A with unique names of Openers within a specific month? This way, I do not have to manually update the tables every month, depending on whether or not new openers have joined or left my team.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
How about
Excel Formula:
=UNIQUE(FILTER('2021 Lead Data'!D2:D10000,('2021 Lead Data'!B2:B10000=4)*('2021 Lead Data'!D2:D10000<>"")))

Solution
To clarify: when I try to sort the table by ratio currently, it moves the formula above down, which causes a bunch of white spaces to show up on top. This causes half of the table to not accurately report.

I'm afraid I don't know enough about Sheets to help with that.
