Populate a field according to dropdown selection

I have a dropdown box to select a time, which this list was manually input since I only need some time slots, not 24hr

and I want the Turno field to be filled with the number 1 if it's some values, and with number 2 if other values

I've trie dthe IF logic but idk if I'm doing it wrong
