Pop up in opening the file

Hello everybody.

In opening a file from an intranet, the following pop up is displayed:

The file you are trying to open file.xls is in a different format than specified by the file extension. Verify that the file is not corrupted and is from a trusted source before opening the file. Do you want to open the file now

If I click ok, the file is opened with no problem.

As the operation is repeated a lot of times, I need to remove the pop up.

I'm using Microsoft Office Excel 2007.
If I click save as on the opened file, I see format web page.
I don't need to save the file, just reading.

Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
