Podcast question

I am having a bit of trouble with the podcasts. The ones i download from ITunes go into a folder labeled Excel and then to my ipod no problem. I just downloaded archived podcasts from the website placed them in the Excel folder with the other podcast but when I put them on my ipod they are in two different spots. One is in "podcasts " and this new ones from the website are in videos.
The ones I downloaded from ITunes have file names "Episode 193 - Growth Rate" but the ones from the website are " podcast150 " would this make a difference?
I would just like to have them all in one place on my ipod.

any help would be great.

Thanks for your note. I haven't figured out how to redirect podcasts to a certain folder on the iPod. It is interesting that iTunes actually renames our files to have use the title as the filename.
