My computer at work only allows playing files that are viewable via Windows Media Player. I often want to quickly refer to a Mr Excel podcast that I watched at home where I am able to use iTunes. Is there a format available that will play on Windows Media Player or a way to convert the .mp4 file to something that will play? Loading iTunes on my work computer is not an option. Thanks!

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
There are converters out there (for instance Tunebite) but if you are not allowed to use Quicktime, I'm sure you're not allowed to install any other software either. I have the same situation at my workplace; unfortunately, we're stuck with dealing with it. :(
