PM alway full

Hi all

I hv delete all my private massage , but it still shown 90% full.

the msg shown in my private msg as below :-

Inbox contains 0 messages.
You have 45 messages stored, of a total 50 allowed. (Empty Folder)

May i know what should i do in order get 100% empty ?

My problem is not in my outlook forum , ( may be you think i hv problem on my email ) , i refer to this forum privte message section.

any way think for tell me there is good outlook forum , as i try to find one out look forum. but i fail.

Have you deleted ones in your sent items as well?

If you click on the drop down you should see where the messages are.

Worked for me, clicked on the Microsoft Office link and took me into the forum, I'm sure you probably have to join in order to post, and there is a Join Us link right there on the left side.
