Good Morning

I have been scouring the tinterweb for a while now looking for a post which may offer me the right guidance, but to no avail.

I have an excel workbook which holds a database of latitudes and longitudes around the world. I am trying to figure out if there is a way to have these points populate a world map?

the Lat and long format is as follows:
<colgroup><col><col></colgroup><tbody>
57N 52.194
005W 39.756

57N 50.915
005W 39.747

57N 49.644
005W 35.265
</tbody>
TIA

Steve

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
you could use a scatter-graph with a world map as background of the graph
x/y-coords are degrees + minutes / 60
