Hi,

I am trying to come up with formula to use HYPERLINK function.

IF A2="YES" THEN B2=HYPERLINK("\\c:temp\test.file")

I need cell B2 to show hyperlink based on the value of cell A2 (YES/NO).

Is this possible?

Thank you,
djanu

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Thanks Andrew, it worked.

How can I make cell B2 to show hyperlink without entering formula in B2. I don't want any formulas in cell B2. Is there away to "redirect" to cell B2 without entering anything in B2?
