Please help, I have a fucntion I'm trying to do for a work project and deadline is fast approaching

I have an excell workbook, find attached. I created a new sheet call "high Value tools"
The difficulty i have is i need the too ID's to correspond with the tools and technitian's names in the worksheet titled "ser"
how can i do this, i keep getting ref erros using the Match and index-match functions. i've been on this for weeks now and this
is as far as my excel knowledge goes. Please educate and help

Where in the workbook are your expected outcomes and how do they relate to the SER sheet? What must be obvious to you is not clear to me, and I cannot see any attempted formulae to correct - what have you tried?

If you take note on the worksheet titled "high Value Tools" there are Headers, "Tool ID" and "Tool", Contained in this array are the names of the reciepients of the Tool and whick tool ID there is.
What i am trying to achieve is to match the corresponding entry on the Worksheet "high value tools" to the tools and names in the second worksheet "ser" such that insted of the blue highlighted cells i get
the "Tool ID" i don't know if i've made any sense. there anre no assosiated formulas because i deleted them all before i uploaded because i didn't want anyone helping to have a biased point of view.

I really don't know why you think they would have a biased view, but it would be easier for those helping to see what you have tried.
