Please Find Attached

I should probably go to a proper forum for this, but ...

I (and I am not the only one) often send emails saying "please find attached..." then forget to attach the document/spreadsheet etc so have to recall or send a 2nd email (Subject: Oops) with the attachment.

Is there a way of getting a message before sending saying "have you attached it?" if the email text says "please find attached" or somesuch?

Are you using Outlook? If so, check out www.slipstick.com - there used to be a program there that would do what you ask.
