Please, explain this formula =LOOKUP(2,1/(A2:A10<>0),A2:A10)

Hi everyone.
I wanted to find a fumction that would return the last value more than zero form a particlular column.
I found this formula on "xl-central.com" — [FONT=&quot]=LOOKUP(2,1/(A2:A10<>0),A2:A10).

[FONT=&quot]It works perfectly, but I can't understand how it bloody works!!!! And it annoys me as hell!
Could anyone do me a favour, please, and explain the reasoning behind this formula?
