Exact error message below.

C:\User\Public\Downloads\learn2007.zip is not valid win32 application

I got to download this zip file from this site
http://www.mrexcel.com/previewmb.html

When i try to open which is already downloaded it is giving me this error.
Is my compute missing something like software etc??
because this happen with other download too...like games etc

I'm not sure about Winzip...how do i know i it is installed or not??

yes i do have adobe reader installed...
