I have a sheet with 20 names in one column. Now I have five separate columns to rate different performance categories with a scale of 1-20 (1 being the best). I'm looking for a formula to pick the name in a given cell of the player in each column with the score of 1. In theory, I should show several different player names when each category stat is evaluated. I don't know where to start?:eeek:

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
I'm looking for a formula to pick the name in a given cell of the player in each column with the score of 1.

Please find a way to say that part again, using none of the same phrases you used the first time. :)
