Hi there,

I am some what of an amateur excel user, but i am trying to design a packaging planning board for my manufacturing facility.

Basically i am trying to create a front page that my customer relationship managers can use to create a bill of material, bulk issue and reconciliation pages.

I already have the standard format for all 3 documents, but i am trying to populate these documents from one cover page.

basically we manufacture products that all have different components. a CRM should be able to list these on the from page, as well as link a specific system code, which would pull through into a bill of material. sometimes there could be 3/4 components, sometimes there could be up to 10.

is there any way that i will be able to do something like this?

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Hello Dibabawg, welcome on the forum!

If what to know if it's possible in Excel, I can say : Yes!
Would it be hard : it depends.
Is there an easiest way : Access might be better to do that kind of work with forms and giant database.

Unless you already have access, you might need to plan more before getting it. That software is not in every microsoft office bundle and might create extra cost.
