Plan vs Actual visualization

Hi All,

I am using Excel as a data source in Excel. The data is containing month of target plan and system number.
The number of the plan is counted from number of text in Plan column, while the actual is counted from number of text in Actual column
And when I am trying the visualize in graph the result is not correct.

Do I need the insert two dummy columns for to count if the Plan is not blank then 1, as well as for the Actual. Then I use the dummies to visualize it?
