Here is an interesting scenario I face: I would like to leverage all my powerpivot work into several tables for different colored pushpins in Mappoint. There is very scant information on how to link the two. Anyone had this same challenge?

Get help while writing formula
Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
Probably not, and very unlikely to see anything directly referring to Pivot Tables either.
I would choose to use VBA to extract/format the required data and, again using VBA, produce my MapPoint maps.
In fact, that is how I do it.

PowerPivot data cannot be manipulated by VBA.
