Sometimes I want to sort numbers in a pivottable with the right mouse click ascending / descending. Unfortunately this doesn't work most of the times.

Who knows the possible reason and how to solve this?

Thanks.

Best regards.

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Hi,

are you getting any error while sorting?

Actually, while sorting the column of a Pivot table, click on the data below the heading rather than he heading itself... Then, right click --> Sort --> choose ascending or descending based on your requirement.

Hi,

Thanks! I do not get an error. I do what you write down, but it does not ascend or descend. Any idea why?
