PivotTable for Excel Mac Deleting Data in Row (1&2) Column (1&2)

I am using Excel 2016 on a Mac. When I create a pivot table from the data, it is deleting the data from the first two rows of the first three columns (labeled Loan Num, Issue Date, State) How do I keep the data from getting deleted when I create the pivot table. Below are pictures of the Excel file before and after creating the pivot table. First time forum user apologies if the photos do not show up.
