Quick question about pivot tables. I have an Excel Spreadsheet with multiple tabs (for various locations) with revenue detail for a 12 month period. I would like to distribute the tabs to their respective managers but would like to remove the option for them to select other locations. I want them to have the ability to drill down on the detail but only for their location. Any suggestions?

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
I don't know whether you have one or many pivot tables, but can't you copy the appropriate sheet to a new workbook and distribute that?

Yes, I have multiple pivot tables in the spreadsheet. One for each location. I want to distribute each pivot table but don't know how to lock down a location so the respective manager cannot click on the drop down menu and check another location.
